A mediator has a zoomed out and neutral viewpoint and\u00a0 he \/ she uses that to look at the different sides and aspects of a case. The mediator is completely independent.<\/span><\/span> In cases of inappropriate behavior, it is often necessary that at some point there is a conversation between the complainant and complaintee.<\/span><\/span> However perceptions often differ and it can be useful if there is an independent party who can zoom out above the various perceptions and interests in order to arrive at a good solution.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text]\n
