After the introduction and after having some insight into the specific wishes you might have, you will receive a quotation from us. With that we also send an agreement from us, which describes what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. If you agree with the quotation and we have signed the agreement, we will get to work.
Based on your wishes and the insights into the organizational structure, we create a draft code of conduct. This describes exactly which behavior is and is not desirable within your organization and how to deal with it. It may be helpful to submit the draft code of conduct to, for example, the O.R. or a committee set up for that purpose.
