Coordination internal confidential advisors

Most internal confidential advisers who work for an organization combine their normal activities with the duties of a confidential adviser. This is totally fine and in some cases even preferable to an external confidential adviser because the internal confidential advisor knows the organization and therefore has a good insight into the organisation dynamics. This can also be a disadvantage if, for example, the internal confidential advisor has a personal connection with the person or persons involved in a case. In that example there is a high likelyhood of a conflicting interests.

When a report is made, the complainant is entitled to support from the internal confidential advisor. However, this also applies to the person against whom the report is made. We would also like to meet the internal confidential advisers. If you want to enter into a partnership with Moitshepi confidential work, we setup a contract and a working agreement. This agreement describes what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Moitshepi would like to work with you and the internal confidential advisers and to do this as well as possible it is important that there is a policy on undesirable behavior or that you are prepared to draw one up. Of course we can support you in this.
If you appoint Moitshepi as coordinator of your internal confidential advisers, we will draw up a plan with you and the internal confidential advisers for the effective support of the case histories.

Costs

After the introduction, we will make an quotation based on the specific wishes and needs. There are various possibilities and ways we can be of service.
  • Subscription: If you wish you can take out a subscription with a fixed number of hours and contact moments per month. How many contact moments and our role as a coordinator depends on the needs of the organization and the internal confidential advisers. Based on this, we make a suitable offer.
  • As needed: You can opt for a construction in which you only call on us if support is needed with specific cases. In that case we will charge you the hourly rate agreed upon in the agreement. If there are no reports, your organization pays nothing.
